OSF St. Anthony Hospital Bed Tower Addition - Rockford, IL

Project consisted of structural excavation for a +-30,000 SF, 5 story building addition to an existing hospital facility and significant site work, underground utility, and parking reconfiguration. The project was staged to minimalize impact to the operation of the hospital.

- Structural, basement, and elevator pit excavation.

- Construction of +-2,500 LF of underground pipe including bypass pumping and significant effort to keep the facility in operation.

- Site erosion control and excavation to enlarge an existing detention pond and reconfigure / reconstruct +- 15,000 SY of drive lanes and parking. Significant staging and traffic control was implemented to ensure the hospital remained in operation and was safe to the public and construction personnel.

- Provided a bonded turn-key solution for the entire site including asphalt paving, site concrete, restoration, etc.
