Geneva Lakes Kennel Club Demolition and Site Restoration – Delevan, WI

Demolition of the former Geneva Lakes Kennel Club included structural demolition of a former dog racing track and site work to restore it back to a point where it can be redeveloped.

- Structural demolition of +- 45,000 sf multi-story steel-framed building and ancillary buildings using a wide range of Northern Illinois Service Co. owned equipment. Specialty equipment such as large excavators with hydraulic hammers, pulverizers, and shears were utilized.

- Starting box and track removal including erosion control and +- 12,000 CY of earthwork were successfully completed.

- Underground pipe demolition / removal and backfilll including grease trap removal and well abandonment.
