NISC has a unique management structure. The owner of the company, Wayne Klinger, is actively involved in every aspect of the business on a daily basis.  Projects are actively managed from start to finish by the same person, from the initial bid all the way through final close-out. Field operations and project management are closely coordinated to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standard.

Our relatively small management group allows for decisions to be made quickly so that our field operations can run smoothly.
